The Albinoni is a nice choice. But there is no way can I give you my favorite classical piece, there are so many eras and outstanding works from them all. However, I have always been partial to Samuel Barber's "Adagio for Strings" (if you like the Albinoni G-Minor adagio, there's a good chance you'll like the Barber Adagio as well.)
Right now I am going through a phase of falling in love again with Beethoven's piano sonatas--all of them--I have yet to hear one I didn't like.
I'd better stop here, or I simply won't stop. So much beautiful music out there, and so little time to hear it all!
